Six days till I leave for Minnesota! Then off to Edmonton!
Women's Rugby World Cup! Of course I'm extremely excited. I took off from work next week so I'll spend these last few days working out, practicing, packing and generally getting ready to leave.
This past Wednesday (8/16/06) the Albany Knicks held a send-off/fundraiser party to help me raise money to offset the costs from the recent training camps, test matches and other expenses for World Cup. The party was a blast and very successful - I'm still receiving generous donations.

This blog is a fantastic idea.. I am anxious to follow your adventure to Edmonton.. I can read aloud to Paula while she looks at pictures in her Allure magazine..
