Another day of preparation

Today was quite long and tiring. This morning we had a video session to solidify our team strategy for the Australia match. A small luxury was that we got to go "out" for lunch today, which involved all of us swamping two small lunch joints (one being a Subway). After lunch, we had a grueling 2.5 hour practice session to work on scrums, lineouts and team play. We came back to the hotel for ice baths, a tasty dinner and the backs working on their comedy acts. Now we're playing card games and relaxing as a team. We all know how important it will be for us to have an outstanding game on Friday, but we're trying not to get too nervous so we're able to play our game and have fun!

Claudia-
Good luck tomorrow! Don't think about the score, just play like you know how and things will fall together. All you can control is your own play.
